Leeton Motorcycle Club   -   25th Anniversary  1981-2006
Established in 1981 by a Small Group of Short Circuit Competition Racers & Touring Riders wanting to
Ride under their Own Club & started the Leeton Motorcycle Club in 1981
Fostering Racing, Training & Touring with a Family & Social Style
and the Enjoyment of Motorcycling
"Barry Aylett" encouraged our Club forming & even though he didn't ride his support was untiring
His dream was that our riders have their Own Racetrack & in his honour is named "Barry Aylett Park"
Russell Tucker "Tuck" laid the plaque - "Barry, We Made It"
"Russell Tucker" was the consistent daily effort behind the practical establishment of our Racetrack Site
His enthusiasm & constant work since our inception bring us what it is today
He was a Founding Charter Member of the Leeton Motorcycle Club & President for 24 years
Russell & Garry Whitty won the Australian Short Circuit Sidecar Championship in 1982
We're Still Going Strong Tuck - "Quality of Life"

From the Front Page of the Wagga Website - Farewell Russell
"We take for granted the things we should be thankful for. God carefully chooses those he needs.
As Russell did, we should learn to give, forgive,
or strive to helping others in need, and each day thank God for what we have.
To be admired, loved, and respected by so many - we can now truly believe that he only takes the best"

Stuart Glenn
The committee and members of Leeton Motorcycle Club offer their condolences and best wishes to the Glenn and Lashbrook families on the unfortunate passing of Stuart Glenn on Friday 27/8/2010. Stuey, was an active member of Leeton Motorcycle Club for a number of years, he competed in many off-road events and loved his dirt bikes with the same passion he put into all things he did. Stuey, was a champion bloke with great dedication to Stephanie and his Girls. He will be sadly missed by the Leeton community, this fact obviously confirmed by the number of people in attendance at his funeral last Tuesday. R.I.P, Stuey, hope the next ride is a good one!

Love isn't always perfect, it isn't a fairytale or a storybook.
And it doesn't always come easy. Love is overcoming obstacles.
facing challenges, fighting to be together, holding on & never
letting go. It is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define,
& impossible to live without. Love is work, but most of all,
Love is realising that every hour, every minute, & every
second was worth it because you did it together... Vanessa
