Leeton Motorcycle Club   -   25th Anniversary  1981-2006
Established in 1981 by a Small Group of Short Circuit Competition Racers & Touring Riders wanting to Ride under
their Own Club & started the Leeton Motorcycle Club in 1981
Fostering Racing, Training & Touring with a Family & Social Style
and the Enjoyment of Motorcycling
"Barry Aylett" encouraged our Club forming & even though he didn't ride his support was untiring
His dream was that our riders have their Own Racetrack & in his honour is named "Barry Aylett Park"
Russell Tucker "Tuck" laid the plaque "Barry, We Made It"
"Russell Tucker" was the consistent daily effort behind the practical establishment of our Racetrack Site
His enthusiasm & constant work since our inception bring us what it is today
Russell along with Garry Whitty won the Australian National Dirt Short Circuit Championship in 1982
"We're Still Going Strong Tuck"

From the Front Page of the Wagga Website - Farewell Russell
"We take for granted the things we should be thankful for. God carefully chooses those he needs.
As Russell did, we should learn to give, forgive,
or strive to helping others in need, and each day thank God for what we have.
To be admired, loved, and respected by so many - we can now truly believe that he only takes the best"
